As part of its commitment to innovation and strengthening talent in the furniture industry, CIMAD successfully completed the course “SketchUp + Artificial Intelligence (Enscape + Veras)”, a specialized training program delivered over 21 hours, from June 5 to 26, with sessions held on Thursdays and Fridays..
The program brought together staff from partner companies Mobelia, MIR Ingeniería, MADRA, Julieta Interiorismo, AguiLares Carpintería, Cóndor Fábrica de Muebles, Ofico Durango, SCALA, Loft Interiorismo y Único Studio, who strengthened their skills in 3D modeling, architectural rendering, and the integration of artificial intelligence tools to optimize project design and presentation processes.
Throughout the seven sessions, participants developed knowledge and skills in the use of SketchUp, Enscape & Veras, exploring workflows that make it possible to generate more realistic visualizations, streamline the development of proposals, and harness the potential of artificial intelligence as a tool for innovation and productivity.
In addition to technical training, the course encouraged the exchange of experiences among companies in the sector, strengthening collaboration and shared learning as key elements for increasing the competitiveness of the furniture industry.
The training was delivered by CAD Consultores, whose team shared specialized knowledge and practical case studies that allowed attendees to see real-world applications of these technologies in design, interior design, and furniture manufacturing projects.
